3.2 million people make a plan for suicide
1.2 million people attempt suicide

These numbers are far bigger than they should ever beโ€ฆ
As part of #mentalhealthawareness and #suicideprevention month we need to talk about the things that are hard.ย 

Mental health is not an easy topic for a lot of you. I donโ€™t want you to be one of these statistics. This community, my community of Gurdians, is a safe space. Itโ€™s here for each of you.

Thereโ€™s 1 death cause by suicide every 11 minutesโ€ฆ Today letโ€™s bring awareness and do everything we can to help bring this number down.ย
