Note:
* Always choose reliable and government licensed tour operators.
* All the adult participants have to bring their CNIC's, hand sanitizer, and mask on the day of the trip. It is also recommended to bring a pair of extra clothes for swimming, sunglasses, sunblock, p-cap, water bottle, and some snacks (i.e Cookies, Nimco, Juice, etc) for the trip.
* Member should have to report 15 minutes before departure time. If the participant fails to arrive on time the company will not be responsible to make alternative arrangements and not amount will be refunded.
* Every member is responsible and has to carry his/her own luggage.
* Member must have to behave ethically with his/her fellow group members.
* No returns will be made in case of cancellation of booking.
* No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, rough sea, land sliding, accident, flat tires, engine failure, or other vehicle maltifunction, etc.
* All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers, etc) shall be suitably disposed of without polluting water sources/environment.
* Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse fall or any other accidents, and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader, and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
* On adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
* Only the decision of Organizers will be considered as Final.
* Organizers reserve the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hiace/Daewoo.
* The Organizers reserves the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.
* Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited (any sort of DRUG is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN).
* The Organizers reserves the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline
* All the activities are subjected to weather conditions.
