One mistake I’ve repeated more than I’d like to admit:Starting with too much intensity.Whenever I begin something new, I tend to aim high.Perfect structure.Clear plan.High expectations.And for a few days, it works.Then reality steps in — work, fatigue, distractions.And slowly, consistency breaks.Not because I couldn’t do it.But because I tried to do too much, too soon.What I’m learning now is simple:Sustainable effort matters more than strong starts.In engineering, systems are not designed for peak performance alone.They are designed for stability.I’m trying to apply that in life as well.Start small.Stay consistent.Scale slowly.Still learning.
