Cinematic AI tributes to legendary voices and songwriters as well as other non tribute videos. Each video blends storytelling, music history, and visual art to celebrate the artists who shaped modern music. I attempt to create videos that reflect the meaning of a song or poem, using AI in this process.
This channel is an evolution that started in 1997, when I built my first Web site. I write poetry, and back then I associated works of art, some my own, with a given poem that I wrote. This evolved into a poetry blog that was similar in nature. Now, I try to add music to the mix, or I take songs that I like, and make a video using selected works of art, some of which are my own. I hope your experience, here, is a joyful one. Thanks for visiting my channel!

Dear Subscribers,
Get an exclusive first look at my “Oh Well” - Part 1 - (3:24) & "Oh Well" - Parts 1 & 2 - (10:34) (as one video) video projects, this is probably my deepest project since 2009. See it before it goes public this Friday! It was inspired by Peter Green’s 1969 turmoil—LSD visions, spiritual struggles, and fame’s weight—this reimagines Fleetwood Mac’s blues-rock anthem through a film called "The Impossible Desert" with its haunting desert footage. Les Chants de Maldoror’s “yellow phantom” chase and Borges’ "The Aleph" cosmic visions which attempt to mirror Green’s defiance and despair, with text like “He flees, pursued by the yellow phantom” weaving his story.
Vibrant Neural Frames AI animated deserts pulse with Part 1’s riffs, while stark clips evoke Part 2’s mournful instrumental. Months of research, editing, and passion crafted this psychedelic tribute to Green’s genius. Watch now, share your thoughts, see it before it goes public on Friday! Thank you for supporting my art!

Hey All! Am posting 4 videos, as of this moment (2 of them are Shorts that relate to the original version). You have exclusive access for the next 24 hours, before I make them public. This is due to the fact that you are a loyal subscriber and have Notifications turned on.
Furthermore, the videos are on the song "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" by The Beatles. There are 2 versions of the same song. One is made using AI Text to Video, and the other is my typical productions of AI Text to Image. I am seeking an objective viewpoint as to whether or not one type, AI Text to VIdeo is better than AI Text to Image. I will not pre-judge them here, as that might cloud your response. Basically, am trying to determine if I should continue making AI Text to Video releases? Your input if greatly valued. Please feel free to either comment here about that or in the Comments section of each respective video.
Here are the links to each:
AI Text to Image: https://youtu.be/GcqSWzXsNC0
AI Text to Video: https://youtu.be/GAWIo0qi6aU
Come this time tomorrow I will make the videos public. Oh, don't forget to set your viewer to 4K.
Thanks again for subscribing and I look forward to you feedback.
Regards,

Hey all, I hope all is well with you.
I am getting ready to upload my latest video. I am testing out a new Video editor, and I am very interested in your feedback as to if you like it better than my past productions. Specifically, I believe I have improved upon the transitions from one image/clip to another. Furthermore, I am testing out utilizing ´styles´ to see if it makes a video more cohesive, or rather fits well together? Please let me know either in the comments section of the video or feel free to reply here.
Regards,

FYI,
What am I up to, you might ask? :) Well, not unlike the "Vincent" video in that I spent a lot of time making that one.
This next one, is for the song "Gemini Dream" from the "Long Distance Voyager" album AI series of videos. It is taking, and will take possibly even more time then on "Vincent". I am experimenting again with some leading edge AI stuff, that will, or it´s my hope that it will, be one of my best productions to date. That is when it comes to utilizing AI as a tool in expressing the meaning of a given song. It will be a mixture of style, like realism, or in this sneak peak example (below) of "vibrant pop-art style" that will be in the video, among other styles as well.
Foe this new production I have trained an AI model to replicate all the members of The Moody Blues, or at least from during their classic period. In turn, and this is experimental, and will not always be a perfect representation of those members, but at the least it will be enough for you to recognize them. Please bare with me, if I am lucky it will be done by this weekend, or next week. Here is that teaser image:
Thanks for your patience as I work on this new production.

Ok, you heard it here first because you are a subscriber! The video I mentioned in my last post is nearly completed and it will be published on January 1st, 2025.
(All the below information will also be posted in the video description once its published on YouTube)
*********************************************************************************************************************
That being said, there will be a CONTEST that goes with it. Here are the details of that contest:
CONTEST Information:
Throughout this production are indicators as to which AI Tool was used to create a particular image. Within these images is embedded, what is known in the circles of software, as "Easter eggs".
This contest would have the winner choose which song/video that I use for a near to be completed production. (Excluding songs that are copyright blocked on YouTube, like The Eagles, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, etc.)
Rules
1. Count the number of times these Easter eggs appear as it relates to the AI tools used in this production.
The categories are as follows:
GROK (xAI)
Midjourney AI
Recraft AI (a.k.a Red Panda)
Here is a link for the Cheat sheet showing what these Easter eggs look like and which belongs to the respective AI tool used.
gyazo.com/ce269ea6dd2815fcdfe31f97687a4aeb
2. Tell me in the comments the full count for each AI tool of the # of Easter eggs for each of the above AI tools and note that in your comment. The person to have the accurate count, or nearest count to the total for each will be the winner.
Example: Grok=10, Midjourney=5, Recraft=15, Total count=30
3. Winner will be judged by the time stamp of their respective comment on said count. Whoever has the correct count, or near correct by the date the contest ends will be the winner.
4. Contest starts on publishing date of video on YouTube, and ends on January 15, 2025 at midnight.
5. Contest winner will be announced as a Pinned comment for this video (at the top of the comments it will appear.
6. Contest is open to any and all viewers of this video.
End of rules...

I just wanted to let all my subscribers know that I am about to embark upon one of my biggest video productions to date. Big, meaning, it has over 50 lines for the lyrics. I even had to create a 10 page document that outlines the whole project, which includes a Table of Contents! :)
Anyway, I hope it will be a tribute to end all tributes in what constitutes a YouTube video production. The Key factor here will of course be the song itself, and utilizing AI as the primary tool to help express the songs meaning, the known artist style used in the image creation process, acknowledging the song writer, as well as the person/group covering the song. All of the former will be integrated into the production.
In a nutshell, it is a pretty huge project, and it will sort of take me out of producing videos as quickly as I have been. So, you may not see any postings from me for a bit until I complete this project. Your patience is appreciated.
Of course, if you wish to reach out to me you can either respond to this post, or place a comment on any of my videos. I read them all.
Thanks again for being such wonderful people!
Merry Christmas to all of you and have a Happy New Year!

This is a special 24 hour private exclusive access to my latest video for all my subscribers. I just wanted to thank all of you for your support and comments on my videos.
Furthermore, I am again testing the edge of AI with this video, and am very interested in your feedback, especially in regards to this productions closeness to expressing the meaning of the song. Furthermore, I am still testing several AI models to assist me in determining the meaning accuracy, quality of an image, etc.. Also, are my recent videos moving in a more meaningful direction or expression of a given song? Finally, is there any part of this production that stands out to you, please let me know in the comments.
The video will go public around this time tomorrow (Friday).
Thanks again for being a subscriber.

So, I just concluded, with this latest upload, my AI Series 5 vids, for the "Every Good Boy Deserves Favour" album. Next up will be the start of AI Series 6 for the "A Question of Balance" album.
Also, coming up this mid-week is a surprise un-related video. Your hearing about it first, and it will be an AI expression of the "Simple Man" song by the Lynyrd Skynyrd band. This month marks 47 years since that fateful, put tragic disaster of the plane crash that killed band members Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines and his sister Cassie Gaines in 1977. I want to do a tribute to them, keep your ears and eyes open.... :)
