This keeps playing in my mind as a mantra lately and I wanted to share it with you. As we close out a VERY transformative month I hope you are starting to feel the energetic lift that is naturally occurring.

Take a moment to just breathe. To just be. Even if just for a second. Our minds have been extremely active lately and just the slightest invitation to be present will be welcomed by the mental energy.

Happy New Year Beautiful Community!

A fresh day. A fresh week. A fresh month. A fresh year!

Today is the day you stamp your energy upon the foundation of what you want this year to look like. I encourage you to spend time in nature, in gratitude, in quiet contemplation, in awe at how far you have come and where you want to grow this year. It will ground you into this new energy to be carried with you throughout the year!

Here we are in 2024. I feel very ready for this new year and to dive deeper into my spiritual journey and path. While I watched the sunrise at the beach this morning I asked Soul what my word for the year is. ‘Alignment’ came in very loud and clear and I felt a wave of relief, excitement, and readiness wash over me. 2023 was a deep clean out for me in many areas and now the new can flow! Was your experience similar in 2023?

I cannot wait to be a part of your journey yet again this year. I would love to know what you feel this year is going to be for you? Do you have a word? A feeling? A knowing etc? Please share in the comments!

Hello Beautiful Souls-

Thank you for all your sweet comments on my past video update about my move! Made my heart smile 😊 I am still settling into my new home and thought for sure Id be ready to record for you by now...

Buuuut, this has moved me into the realization and acceptance of how much I am in need of some serious down time to fully disconnect, rest, rejuvenate, expand, pull within, and assimilate all the intense energies and changes as this year comes to a close.

With the transition into the Aquarian Era of light I am being guided to take a full month off during this very important integration. Something I have NEVER done before as I have been full steam ahead since starting my channel nearly 3 years ago!

It is not easy for me to honor this as I LOVE channeling messages for you and being of service. I trust this time off is imperative for my own spiritual growth and expansion so I can continue giving. Thank you for understanding what spirit is guiding me to🕊

I invite you to also spend a little extra time right now tuning in to the self, the body, breathing more deeply, and surrendering a bit more into the heart energy and the perfect flow of the universe. We are all expanding exponentially.

A deep thank you to every subscriber and client. I see you, I feel you, and I appreciate you more than you know.💓
