Restaurant Week has arrived in Washington, D.C., and I intend to approach it as a small field study in contemporary dining. I’ve already recorded a visit to José Andrés’ Jaleo, which will appear in an upcoming video. Tomorrow, I’ll turn my attention to La Grande Boucherie, and on Saturday I have a reservation at Morton’s Steakhouse. More to come!
