‼️ANNOUNCEMENTS!!‼️

• I’ve re-designed Applewing again! It’s not much, but I’m planning on adding more to him soon :3c The others will be getting re-designs as well!

• I’ve FINALLY decided on a proper species name! (I’ve been calling him a stupid pegadog for YEARS because he looked like a mix of some sort of dog and a pesgasus and then I realised that was pretty stupid 🥹) So now they will be called Velkyns ! (Vel-kin)

• SOME LORE!!
Centuries ago, Velkyns and Humans were rivals. Had different Academies and everything (Velkyn’s in the sky, humans on ground.) Until centuries later, when Ubercorn founded the Go Jet Academy as his own, he believed in equality, and for everyone to get along, thus making Velkyns and humans attend the same Academy! (Mostly because he was a unicorn himself I guess) So yeah!! Velkyns are common around the Academy :3


•I tried to make different hierarchies for the Velkyn kind, but it’s still in WIP! But heres what I’ve come up with:

Velkyn: Standard member of the species. Students, young adults, everyday folk. They don’t get their patterns yet, but powers are average.

Velkynite: Individuals who have mastered or enhanced control over their powers, maybe after formal training or a personal breakthrough. Could include more prominent patterning or stable energy.

Velkynarian: The rare, almost legendary tier. They get their patterns here. Full mastery of powers, possibly with ceremonial roles, mentors, or leaders in the community. Reserved for exceptional members of the species.
