My name is Lui Fernandes and I am the Head Bartender & Owner of Labaredas Brazilian BBQ & Bar. I am obsessed with great cocktails and good booze. My passion is creating, drinking and talking about incredible cocktails that people love.
On my channel you can expect to find cocktail tutorials, some history lessons on cool boozy stuff, and lots of drinking. I will also share with you bartending tips and tricks that I have learned over the years from my time as a bartender.
I explore everything from classic recipes, to modern favorites and occasionally even a few original cocktails that currently are or have been on our menu at Labaredas. We tend to explore recipes, spirits, ingredients and stories that have originated in South/Latin America.

Hi Friends! I recently re-launched my Soccer / Football focused channel with some of my best friends, so if you enjoy my content and also enjoy Football, consider watching and subscribing! Soccer has always been my first love and making football content was always a dream for me.
Long before I ever made alcohol content I spent years making Soccer content on YouTube (I had no clue what I was doing back then with content) and recently my best friends decided they wanted to get into making content so we are relaunching the channel!
