Four years ago today, the LGBTQIA+ community finally won employment protections covered under Title IIV in a long overdue Supreme Court ruling that brought us one step closer to equal rights for all.
Unfortunately, these rights we fought for are as fragile as they are valuable, and often the most affected become the last if not the only line of defense keeping them in place. We can keep pushing the clock forward by voting in our local, state, and federal elections and organizing within our communities.
