Ayo, dear subscribers and viewers of my channel. Here comes the time when the channel has crossed the 100K subscribers mark🎉 It was not an easy way, but we made it through. Thanks to everyone who supported me, left comments and took interest even when I couldn't release videos for a long time. I appreciate it a lot. Now I'm still working on the edit I started 2 weeks ago, and after that I'll start a special 100K edit. I will try to put my whole soul into it and make it enjoyable for both you and me. Ayo, here's the first edit of the new year and I hope everyone had a good one. Btw, I promised about two years ago - I did. Ahah, it all started when two of my close friends said - “If you get 69K subscribers, you'll make an edit to this track”. I laughed, but said I would. And in the same year I got 69K subscribers, but I never made an edit. And it's not that I forgot, I just didn't want to (I made other edits, realized ideas, but I didn't want to make this one). But it was eating me up more and more every time and I decided to start the new year with a promise I made long ago. Enjoy)
Yesterday I got a copyright strike on “It Just An Anime” video from Toei Animation. I was just shocked, since the video has been on the channel for about a year and a half, I didn't use any parts longer than 10 seconds, and I had enough editing. And of course I do NOT MONETIZE MY VIDEOS.
It pisses me off so much because I make my videos for the sake of creativity and I don't monetize them, a bunch of new people start watching anime and old fans start liking it even more.
Btw, I promised to do a later post (after the One Piece [ Tek It ] video) and it was supposed to be about copyright strikes, but who knew I'd get another one yesterday and I'll be writing this already today. To summarize, in April I received two strikes from Universal Music Group. And my channel was in real danger, so I postponed the production of one edit, afraid of getting 3 strikes.
Anyway - it's all some trash and I don't know how to deal with it properly. Of course I texted to them, but once again I can't be sure it will help. Maybe if they get a bunch of emails from you something will happen (copyright_notice2@toei-anim.co.jp)... But how often has it helped? I hope for your support and understanding, guys.
