Today is my birthday. 🤍
And today, more than anything, I feel grateful.

Grateful for life.
For my family.
For the music I've been given.
And for the privilege of using my voice to reach hearts in so many different places around the world.

Every year, I understand a little more deeply that music was never only about singing for me.
It has become a way to connect people back to something deeper: to faith, to prayer, to their own hearts, and ultimately, back to God.

To know that somewhere in the world, a person I may never have met is listening to one of these ancient prayers and feeling a little less alone… is one of the greatest gifts of my life.

So today, I'm simply receiving this day with an open heart. The love. The blessings. The lessons. The people. And everything God has placed along this path.

Here's to another year of music, purpose, love, and light. 🤍

For years, I have been searching for a way to give my music a physical form 🤍

Because the music itself was never the destination for me. Every prayer I sing has one purpose: to help us come closer to God. I wanted to create something precious you could carry every day, that holds the same prayer.

And so many of you have written to me about the hard moments. A night in the hospital, next to someone you love. A morning when it was hard to get out of bed. A prayer said quietly in the car, before walking into a room you were afraid of.

I read every one of those letters. When I sing, I can hold you for a few minutes. Then the song ends, and the night goes on.

There is a verse that comes right after Shema Israel: "And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart." (Deuteronomy 6:6) In the heart. That verse became the whole idea.

A chip of 5 by 5 millimeters, with the whole Hebrew Bible written on it. All 24 books. Every one of the 150 Psalms. Set into a piece of sacred jewelry, one design for women and one for men. You do not need to read the words. You touch it, and remember: He is with you.

Before these pieces leave me, I will sing and pray over each one. And I will sign every certificate by hand.

Honored to lend my voice to an evening dedicated to something I deeply believe in — strengthening the Jewish voice in the world and standing against antisemitism.

Before the holiday, I had the privilege of performing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a special B’nai B’rith event honoring Dan Mariaschin, as he concludes his remarkable tenure leading the organization.

Dozens of ambassadors came to honor him and express their gratitude for years of meaningful work and an incredibly important mission on behalf of the Jewish people.

Grateful for the privilege of bringing my voice to a cause and values that mean so much to me. 🤍

For years, there has been one verse that keeps following me.

"Enter His gates with thanksgiving..." (Psalm 100)

For the longest time, I thought those words simply meant:

"Be grateful when you come before God."

But over the years, I began to hear them differently.

Gratitude isn't what comes after we enter the gate.

It is what opens the gate.

That one realization has quietly changed the way I pray...

The way I sing...

And the way I walk through difficult seasons.

For years, my songs have been my way of sharing what God has been teaching me.

This time, I'd love to share something even more personal.

Not just the music...

But one of the daily practices that has quietly shaped my own heart and changed the way I experience life.

I wanted this to be a gift for this community.

For those of you who have been listening, praying, singing, and walking this journey with me.

So I created The 5 Days Gratitude Gate.

A completely free five-day journey of sacred Hebrew prayer, music, and simple morning and evening gratitude practices.

Not simply to listen...

But to gently discover a different way of seeing.

A different way of walking through life's beautiful moments...

And its difficult ones too.

I hope it becomes as much of a blessing in your life as it has been in mine.

Almost 11 years ago,
I nearly became a mother
for the first time.

A sacred role
I am still learning every day.

A role that transformed me,
taught me,
and opened a doorway into
personal and feminine growth.

It revealed qualities within me
I never even knew existed.

And despite all the challenges
motherhood carries with it,
it remains the greatest gift of my life.

The more I allow myself
to grow through it,
the more it gently shapes me
into a better human being.

So on this personal note,
I want to send love to every mother
reading this letter today.

I embrace you,
and remind you how much wisdom,
strength, nourishment,
and quiet power
live within your essence.

Your presence
shapes the emotional life
of your home,
your family, and your community
in ways far deeper
than words can describe.

And to the wonderful men
reading my messages,
today is also a beautiful opportunity
to remind the women you love
how deeply you appreciate them
and all that they give.

And of course… your mothers too :)
