EDIT* Looks like someone at YouTube finally listened and fixed the issue. We saved some kids from getting traumatized, and comments are back up! If I go missing and my channel disappears, CoComelon did it lol
Did you watch my latest video? Apparently @YouTube thinks it's "Made for kids" so all the comments have been deleted and disabled. Despite my efforts to reverse this decision I have only received copy-paste responses warning of the consequences of miss-labeling my content. Am I crazy for thinking my videos aren't "Made for kids"? Yes I draw in colouring books... but I'm transforming them into HORROR art for an older audience. Look at all the blood and gore I draw! How is that "Made for kids"?
YouTube can be such a frustrating platform for a horror artist like myself. I feel like I'm constantly walking a tightrope between being "Not advertiser friendly" and now being too much of a "Kids channel" that I can't even have comments enabled on my video.
What do you guys think of the situation... Do I need to draw more blood next time? 💉
