TL;DR if you don't want to read is:

1. Cancelling Chance man series due to realizing It's not my style of content (early game + unique account).
2. Returning to On drop rate & Fun one-off videos / fun challenges.

After careful deliberation I have decided to cancel the "Chance man" Series and return to making content I'm used to making, if you're curious to why, read below:

Initially I hoped the Chance man mode would make for an extremely exciting environment with a ton of variety as everything is RNG and every unlock would lead to an entirely new plan
and/or adventure.

However, after making 3 episodes and nearly completing the 4th, I've realized 2 things.

*Because there are so many useless items in OSRS that are tradable, almost all unlocks ends up being irrelevant and dead unlocks.

*I am not very good at early game account efficiency and knowledge and I am probably not the guy to make "unique account series" Both of these factors ended up making the series extremely repetitive and without a clear "red thread" to follow along with.

It boiled down to simply unlock items on an endless loop with no real goal in mind except hoping for the right unlocks to happen, which doesn't make for very exciting content, as I've seen by reading the comments on the episodes and with my own judgement.

Yet, thanks to all of you who decided to watch it and hopefully enjoy it regardless but from now on and in the foreseeable I probably won't go for the "Unique account" route and instead play more to my strengths.

On that note:

I have been working on a video for an ungodly amount of time which I'm aiming to post when the grid master hype has calmed down a bit and after that I'm planning on long term opost "On drop rate" episodes and fun challenges/one off videos (not series videos) as my main focus, and I have a lot of ideas.

Thanks for the amazing support on episode 1 of GamblinGavin, Episode 2 is well under way!

However I am also in the middle of moving out of my current apartment into a new one and it's taking up a ton of my time, but after the 28th of August, I will have my own office / workspace to get as much content done as possible / as fast as possible!

Hoping to have episode 2 out within a week from now roughly!

PS: I always pet the dog, of course.

Had to take it down due to abysmal performance, sorry about that!

Today Jagex FINALLY announced the RuneScape themed survival game they have been working on.

RuneScape: Dragonwilds!

I am actually a massive fan of survival games and have been waiting for this announcement for a while, when it's officially released you can fully expect a day 1 livestream of me trying the game out.

What are your thoughts?

IMPORTANT: Today I woke up and my work PC has completely died.

On this PC I had a near finished episode 80 (pet episode) and of course all the files to go with it.

I have also been editing my videos with Sony Vegas 11, which is an extremely old editing software that does not work on my newer PC I recently bought (anticipating this crash).

So currently I am working to see if i can salvage some files from my old pcs hard drive in the hopes of not losing the entire episode 80 video, but even if I can save it, I have no editing software to edit the video in, meaning I have to learn a completely new one after 8 years of using the same one.

All of this to unfortunately say that videos will most likely be delayed and the quality of my next few uploads might not be identical to my most recent work (as i might have to learn a new editing software).

I can stream fine still however on my new pc , so I might start up a stream between now and a future upload.

Thanks for understanding and I am working as fast as possible to start getting videos out again asap.
