🔬 اے ایف بی (AFB) مثبت سلائیڈ – Acid-Fast Bacilli کی موجودگی
اس خوردبینی تصویر میں AFB (Acid-Fast Bacilli) واضح طور پر مثبت نظر آ رہے ہیں۔ زیل نیلسن (Ziehl–Neelsen) سٹین کے بعد سرخ/گلابی رنگ کی باریک راڈ نما بیکٹیریا نیلے پس منظر پر نمایاں دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔
AFB مثبت آنے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ نمونے میں ایسڈ فاسٹ بیکٹیریا موجود ہیں، جو زیادہ تر تپ دق (Tuberculosis - TB) کے جراثیم ہوتے ہیں۔ تاہم حتمی تشخیص ہمیشہ مریض کی علامات، طبی معائنے اور دیگر لیبارٹری ٹیسٹوں کے ساتھ مل کر کی جاتی ہے۔
📌 اہم نکات:
✅ سٹین: زیل نیلسن (Ziehl–Neelsen)
✅ نتیجہ: AFB مثبت
✅ سرخ/گلابی راڈ نما جراثیم = Acid-Fast Bacilli
✅ تپ دق (TB) اور دیگر مائیکوبیکٹیریل انفیکشن کی تشخیص میں اہم ٹیسٹ
