For those that prefer to celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas! Christmas Day is a quiet event for us...we rest, we indulge, we only do the things we want to do and we try to only do the necessary chores! We don't go to visit anywhere (unless desired!), we don't host, we don't stress, we just relax! 😌
But, I am aware that due to socially induced expectations of Christmas, many people feel lonely or trapped in thought cycles of previous pain, memories of grief, lost loved ones or simply feeling a lack of community support...
For anyone struggling to process their grief at this time of year, please consider sitting for just 20 minutes and listening to this...specifically created to help those with unexpressed or unprocessed grief...it creates the space for the releasing of emotions, especially sadness and grief, and allows for tears to be released, which is one of the best ways to excrete cortisol...the stress hormone...when we are stressed we are in survival mode...which is no good for celebrating Christmas!!
Please be gentle with yourself today, please don't feel the need to have this perfect, Instagram worthy Christmas...allow today to be YOURS...allow it to be whatever you want it to be!

At a time when we like to make new year's resolutions and set goals, please remember who those goals are for....We achieve our goals much more easily when they are authentically set, when we set goals for ourselves and not based on what we want others to think of us or because other people will think more highly of us....drop the ego, ask your self what YOU want and listen to your heart, for it is wise...these are goals that are more likely to be achieved and also gift us a view of our true, capable and empowered selves....
Also it is not technically the best time to start a new routine, we are in the depths of winter....spring is the natural new year and the time when we are more supported in the natural cycles to achieve resolutions....but that doesnt mean you can't utilise the winter period to look back over your year to see what worked and what didn't, where you want to make changes, where are you not happy?...Be gentle with yourselves in this time of reflection and going inwards....

Blessings beautiful beings....I have recently recorded and mixed a new sound healing track! I am very excited about this one...it is infused with the 12/12 portal energy and the beaver/cold full moon energy....it was created with the intention of being a shamanic sound healing journey that helps you to release fear and takes you inwards to discover your path to your purpose 💜 it was blessed by Gaia and the elements 💚
