For the record, I have reached out to ‪@TonyDenaro‬ several times through his friends including @A Noisy Corax and extended an Olive branch. I noticed he just posted (see image attached). And, I agree on every point he made in this post. And, as I read it I began to think these could be the rules to a debate between the infamous Cowboy Clown and The Common Sense Investor. Like I said. I agree to all points. We can all get along and disagree and have fun while doing it. But, IF he really thinks that the Forward Agreement with Goldman was good for AMC, I disagree and will debate him only on the facts of the filings. AND, I am so confident in my position that it's all an evil plot against shareholders, I will debate The Clown, The Monkey Trainer AND the Crow all at the same time. We each get a 2 minute opening... then the debate can start... then each get a two minute closing statement. Since it will be 3 against 1, I demand to be last in the line up of speakers... who wants to see the Clown vs CSI debate LIVE on Youtube?
