For decades, I’ve been on a profound spiritual journey dedicated to self-mastery, psychological clarity and learning the lessons of the heart.

My passion lies in supporting individuals who have experienced child sexual abuse and trauma. It is not enough to survive, the focus is to heal and then move beyond healing to thriving in real, grounded and authentic ways. No woo woo, no fluff, but becoming all that we authentically are. My aim is to create a safe space where we can explore important topics together such as living from the heart, healing, spirituality in the modern world, psychology, therapy and much more.
