✨ Gratitude Challenge -DAY 1 ✨

Today, I'm starting with an obvious, but not-so-obvious thing: 💦 WATER —a life-giver we often overlook. We’re about 60% water ourselves. Each sip we take, each cup of tea or coffee, is a quiet gift. ☕ Frozen snow will nurture spring’s crops. 🌿 Rain washes our streets and each drop out of the tap helps us wash our clothes, dishes and floors. Each shower renews and cleanses our bodies.🌧️ Just flushing a toilet (something we take for granted!) uses water that flows easily through the pipes into your home or office... 🙏

Gratitude doesn't have to be an elaborate practice full of lists or ceremony. It can be the quiet voice of "Thank you" before you take that next sip —knowing not everyone has access to fresh, clean drinking water. 💧

Today’s mantra: Thank you for the water. 🩵

✨ Humanity Appreciation Post 🚨 After a record snowfall in Toronto; cancelled flights, people snowed in, buried cars and crazy snow removal (where do we put it?) I have shoveled about five times already. ❄️ And the world is on fire right now too, (if you haven't noticed.) 🔥

But you know what I see? 👀 I see the people on my street, helping shovel each other out. 🪏 I see the neighbors I never talked to saying hello to me and my dog and smiling and saying good morning. This is the world I want. 🌏
The beauty of humanity. Look for it and you will find it. 🙏 Neighbors helping neighbors. Working together so we all can get moving again ...

What a gift and reminder of the importance of community and connection. ❤️ Humans are meant to be together, not apart, so let this be a reminder: Remember who you are; part of something bigger than yourself. ✨

If you have a shovel, come on out! Your help is needed. 🙏

🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨 IT'S OK TO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Really, nobody does. We're all just trying our best and collecting data. So don't FAKE it. FAITH it. 🙏

People say to me all the time "Angela, you are always busy and are so successful and you must totally have your sh*t together.." Guess what? I don't always feel that way. In fact, I've had an extremely challenging last few months in my personal life, and I finally feel like I'm coming out of a dark fog. ✨ Am I grateful for it? YES. 🙏Why? Because I'm showing myself what I'm made of. I'm counting my blessings, not problems. I know I'm trying my best even when I feel like I'm failing, and because of that I am getting stronger. 💪

For those of you who are starting 2026 without a clear vision, without the resolutions, goals and hard targets: I see you. 👀 You are not failing. You are preparing for the new YOU that might not be ready to come out yet. So gather your strength, be easy on yourself, and focus on what's going RIGHT, because WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS. 🌱 So don't FAKE it, FAITH it. 🙏❤️
