Instruction Installation Reinforcement Slab:
1. Prepare site – Excavate, level, compact soil, add blinding layer.
2. Waterproofing – Place plastic sheet (DPM) to block ground moisture.
3. Set spacers – Use cover blocks/chairs to maintain concrete cover.
4. Lay bottom bars – Place main reinforcement bars as per drawing.
5. Lay distribution bars – Place cross bars, tie with binding wire to form grid.
6. Add extra steel – At columns, corners, openings, high-stress areas.
7. Check placement – Verify spacing, cover, lap length, and cleanliness.
8. Inspection – Engineer checks and approves before concreting.
