I found some more Fiji footage so there’s a nice short video from our time in Fiji. As usual this will be uploaded to the member members first and then release to the public 48 hours later.
I’m currently working on a video showing my supplementation and training. That’ll go to members only.
And then I filmed my VO2 Max test that’s a longer video which I’m currently working on it will likely go to public via the members first.
And last but not least we are heading to Hawaii today! So look forward to some footage from one of the most amazing places on earth!!!
