I found food freedom while intermittent fasting! I released the shackles of guilt and shame when I adopted the fasting lifestyle and just enjoy the foods I like which is different day to day!

Living a fasting lifestyle not only help me shred 55 pounds in 6 months but keep it off while building muscle. I’ve lost in total 85 pounds and I am currently working on body recomposition πŸ’ͺ🏽

I love all things foodie, cocktails and desserts!

I also love exploring trails, hiking, swimming, strength training and running! I also love trying new foods, new ways to explore and new ways to move my body!

Lastly, I love to travel! And share along the way!
