I love motors, actuators, pumps, 3D printers, and solar power. I try to leave detailed step-by-step DIY instructions in my videos and links for parts so that you can do similar projects on your own. One of the requests that I get the most often is to make a video for linear actuator absolute position control using an Arduino. (e.g. How do I get it to return to the middle?) I am getting ready to make my video, but I first want to hear from you. Which video would you rather see?

I will be showing how easy it is to use an ATtiny microcontroller when there simply isn't enough space for an Arduino board. I will use the ATtiny to control a color-changing nightlight that I built for my son using a famous symbol from one of his favorite video games...
