I hate the fact that as soon as I find a really good, cheap, cut of meat, internet chefs start telling the whole world and the prices get ridiculous. It happened to skirt steak, oxtail, and brisket, and now I’m worried it’s coming for the best cheap beef cut. (Still gatekeeping until my eventual video about it comes out)

Where I’ve Been
A few of you may have noticed I’ve been gone for a while, and I promise there is a reason for that. Anyways here’s an ordered list of what I’ve been doing while I’ve been gone.
1. Improving my cooking
I have been working on my cooking, and I’m now actually a pretty decent chef, and I hope you’ll see that soon.
2. Working on my music taste
My music taste has expanded so much, and I listen to a lot more music now, and I will be reviewing some more stuff. I also have listened to many of your recommendations, and hopefully these reviews will be out soon.
3. Prepping videos
I have prepped so many interesting ideas, and these videos will be getting bigger, better, and more frequent.
That’s my list! I hope y’all will stick around, and I have so many plans for the future. Just for general housekeeping, new videos should be out at 19:00 PM PST, and I’ll attempt to get as many out as I can.
