The Philippine Bible Society (PBS), as a member of the United Bible Societies, participated in today's World Day of Prayer – a global event that takes place annually. This year, we offered our prayers for nations facing violence, conflicts, and political instability. We strongly believe in the transformative power of prayer to bring peace to those affected by hardships and to promote reconciliation in conflicting areas.


Additionally, we included in our prayers the requests and needs of the PBS departments. We thank the Lord for His continuous provisions for the Bible Society.

Mother’s Day celebration at our printing plant in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela 😍

Our Production staff gathered for a special fellowship to celebrate the mothers among them. Ms. Vicky Franco, Bible Engagement and Advocacy Manager shared a brief reflection on the Word of God and her personal experiences as a mother.

Each mom received a small token of gratitude for their love, sacrifice, and dedication.

- TOTAL: 100%

MECHANICS
1. This challenge is open to all except current
PBS employees.
2. Participants must be following the PBS
Official Facebook page.
3. Only one entry is allowed per participant.
4. Participants may use a smartphone camera,
DSLR, or other devices, as long as the entry
is in digital form – JPG or PNG format only.
5. Entries must not contain any watermarks.
6. Entries must be the original work of the
participant and should not have been used
for any other purpose or entered in any other
competition.
7. Editing or post-processing is allowed.
Manipulation is not.
• Post-processing: adjustment of
brightness, contrast, color grading, etc.
• Manipulation: adding or remove elements
in the photo, etc.
• All submitted entries have a chance to be
featured in PBS materials.


SUBMISSION PROCESS
Submit your entries through this Google form (bit.ly/3T7vVih) from March 17, 2023 until March 26, 2023 only.
Entries will be posted on our official Facebook and Instagram pages from March 27 until April 2, 2023.
The winners will be announced on April 4, 2023.
