First of all, THANK YOU for the 1.9 million views over the last 20 years.
Please help me get another 65,689 Views is all we need to get to 2 Million Views.

YouTubes AI Bots are not as nice to work with as you all are. In fact I would prefer a lashing from some of the haters out there who have shared negative thoughts than to have to deal with AI Bots at YouTube.
Recently I made an additional inquiry and it reached a human. They got back to me and said I could 90 days. I will be sharing more details soon as this plays out.

You all are amazing. August you only gave me about 7000 views and then I started posting shorts and following the instructions emailed to me from YouTube. I did not know it was Terminator Software Robots that were setting me up to fail. I just follows the instructions and views went up, and up, and up and up.... You all gave me over 200,000 views in 28 days. I think it peaked at 233,000 Views in the last 28 days just before the Terminator Robots, terminated me. It was just too much for the AI Bots. The had in their software the only way to help viewers have more to view was to Terminate the creator who created the content that resulted in all the views.
So much like the Terminator, story, movies and TV series. (I see a bunch of TvClips of Terminator coming up ) #TvClips #MontyKReed and #MagicMontyReed.

The YouTube AI Terminator Skynet Robots who are running the show there decided that NO Human could have changed the views from 7000 in 28 days to 233,000 in 28 days so they just took me out with a "Demonetization" notice.

If you are a content creator be careful if you follow instructions from YouTube and it works because if it works too fast as it did in my case you will be demonetized and blacklisted from appeal.

I believe this is part of YouTubes intentional plan to use creators to grow their channels and then demonetized them completely.

As a human I'm like "What, you just said I did a good job and keep it up, What????"
So the emails from YouTube have been telling me to keep doing what I am doing it is increasing views and growing my channel.

I was like what???? I was doing what you told me, you literally told me to keep doing what I am doing and when I did, it worked and we grew 1000% and then you fired me.
If I were an employee there would be a LARGE Lawsuit that I would win with attorneys on contingent basis. Fortunately I don't need the money to survive however... What If???

What if I had been a 20 content creator on YouTube who had made the mistake of being loyal and trusting YouTube and my sole income came from my residuals on this social media platform.
What if?

I say to you if you are headed that way, make sure you diversify. Make sure you study the other social media platforms and monetize all of them so you are not stuck.
WARNING if you follow all directions from YouTube your channel will grow and you will be demonetized because the Terminator AI Robots are in charge of this and their new prime directive is to keep ALL of the Money.

My response is to continue to make content for you and ask you to view it elsewhere so I can get paid and videos I post here, please click on the Amazon links when available NOT the adds that YouTube is connecting to my videos.
YouTube no longer has to keep my money in escrow and pay me when I am Restored to Monetization. Their new YPP agreement allows me to do the work and they keep 100% of the money.. all of it. Maybe that is why they did $53 Billion last year on the backs of the creators. Maybe that is why all the other social media platforms are growing.

Fortunately, the a few hours after the Bots denied my appeal, I applied and almost instantly got this message.

Become Possible.... Thank you all for the testimonials about how these videos have changed your lives. I especially love the gentleman who told me he was living in his car when he first found my YouTube channel. He could not see himself with $100,000 in cash however my videos encouraged him to find an amount that was 10% above the largest dollar amount he had ever held in his hand or the exact amount you need. There needs to be emotions connected with the goal and a date or deadline as well as a list of the things you are willing to do to get the money. He made a simple list of rent for a room to rent and some groceries and basic bills so he could get out of his car. The list of things included some odd jobs to get money to clean his clothes and interview for a real job. He continued to watch my motivational videos daily and imagined himself counting out the Benjamin's that he needed. (This is why there are videos with $500 and $1500 so you can pick a dollar amount that fits your needs.) He did the odd jobs, got the clean clothes, purchased some clothes from the thrift store, interviewed for a few jobs, got a good job and then set a goal for a small business he could start on his own while continuing to go to work.

There was nothing that could ever be said to me or done to me to convince me that the word impossible was in my dictionary because I had removed it. Some people argued with me thinking the dictionary was a metaphor.
I had a secret. The secret is out and I am telling you about it now.
As a NASA research scientist I developed the LIFESUIT powered exoskeleton that now allows over 5000 paralyzed people to walk everyday instead of rolling in wheelchairs. The next project I released to the world was the "Cultivated Meats" project. Imagine a steak that grows in your refrigerator, that you can simply slice off the next bit that you want to eat. I am the first person to lecture on my research in 2012 in India at the Voorhees College in India. From that an industry has developed that could feed the world without a single animal dying.
Water is next.

Combining solar panels and dehumidifiers has solved the water problem. We just need a few people to put up the money to install the machines. A single device the size of a commercial refrigerator produces 500 liters of water a day. To put the first one in place including labor, parts, shipping etc is about $25k.
I am putting together a "Water Magic Show" to raise money for that project. A $25 ticket will provide water for one person for ten years.

Parts of the world have reopened after the Lockdown and I have started to perform and present again. There is a new book in the works. My consulting plate is full and we are loving it.

I LOVE my job. Do you? If you don't, choose to change it. If you are the number one bread winner or only money earner in your household I am NOT saying quit your job. I am saying, instead of doing the fun stuff, you need to start a second job or a part time business that will be your passion. Something you absolutely LOVE to do. I you can not now, make a plan. If you need more experience, get a job doing that thing. Howard Robard Hughes Jr got a job working at the competitors airline as a baggage handler so he could learn more about them. If you need more money than work more and work harder. You will appreciate the money you earn if you were able to earn the seed money yourself. If you still are not sure than try a LOT of jobs and activities until you find out what you love. In the old days I would goto the Library and look at all of the other careers out there and dream about what I would do . You have the internet and you can learn more about it before you do it. Please find a career you LOVE. You will be so happy.
Write this down: don't just think it, write it down.
ALSO: decide how much money you need. Decide what you are willing to do to earn the money.

Decide what you are going to do with the money when you get it.
If you are going to buy a new car, go test drive cars.
If you are going to buy a new house, go look at homes for sale.
If you are going to invent something go look at the thing that is almost doing that now and figure out how to make it better.

Decide who your mentors are and get a meeting with them weekly or monthly. If you can, buy or borrow the book they wrote and take notes. Write down some questions you would ask them if you could.
