As stated on Saturdays steam, I'm not going to stream next week. 2 reasons, I wanna try to focus on a few tasks and projects I keep putting off, and there another heat wave coming (25, 28, 31, 35, 33C by current predictions), so the latter gives me an excuse to keep away from my power hungry heat generator that is my triple monitor setup.

So next stream where we'll head into the World Tree in Palworld will be on the 18th.

So that I don't have to waste electricity (money), and go to the trouble of setting up the AC unit for the one day heat wave tomorrow (29C outside, so with my computer 33C+ inside), I'm going to move tomorrow stream to Wednesday when it'll be a nice 23-24C instead.

I'm going to put SpaceCraft on the back burner for now, the only things I could do today is make a handful of lightweight parts and hunt for wrecks for blueprints. So we'll leave it for now until we either have the licence points to unlock Industry Centre, or they release new content.
For this week we'll go with Palworld again, but next week might be something else (the Star Wars DLC for PowerWash Simulator is out).

Well, the universe is conspiring to not allow me to do a proper episode 5, so we'll skip 5 and go to 6 tomorrow instead. To keep things short need to keep myself available to go pick my dad up from A&E, hopefully nothing serious, he was well enough to drive down to my house to get drive the last stretch (parking at the Hospital costs).

I'm going to move Tuesday stream to Wednesday, 2 reasons.

Firstly, it's bloody hot in the UK at the minute, 34°C may or may not be much for you but it record breakingly hot for us, and how hot something feels it very much based on how warm it normally is (year round average for the UK is between 8.5°C to 11°C depending on how north you are). But that's today, tomorrow was going to be about 27, now it's going to be 30, and I really don't wanna have to drag my "portable" AC up the stairs in spring for just one day to keep my 4 screens and high end PC cool with me.

Secondly and more importantly, weather report says isolated thunderstorms between 15:00 and 17:00, my stream starts at 14:00.

So we'll move the stream to Wednesday which weather.com says there will be a high of just 19°C.

Adjustment to my streaming schedule, for the next few weeks I'm going to tweak my streaming schedule slightly, I'll be adding a stream in on Friday so for the next 3 games that we planned to play over the course of the week (Thursday, Saturday, Tuesday), instead we'll play them Thursday through Saturday. Tuesday stream we'll continue our playthough of Outworld Station.

Edit: Well that's annoying at 11am today (13th of May) SpaceCraft delayed their EA launch to the 11th, leaving me with a one week hole in my perfectly organised plan, so no current plan for 21st to 23rd now, I'll figure something out. It's possible the original plan stays in tact, as there will be another wave of beta invites on the 20th, so, we'll see.

So 14th - 16th = Subnautica 2
21st - 23th = (Maybe) SpaceCraft
28th - 30th = StarMiner
11th - 13th = (Otherwise) SpaceCraft
And every Tuesday during that period Outworld Station.

Small update, we are dropping Windrose early, I was planning to keep playing it till next week but combat design decisions are clearly annoying me too much. So for today (any maybe next Saturday and Tuesday) we'll be giving Outworld Station a try.

It is unlikely this will be a fully play though, because:

On the 17th I'm going to play Subnautica 2 for a week, normally I would avoid this kind of EA game and wait for a full release, but I feel from a channel point of view, inspite of the number of videos and streams the game will get, I'm still better off putting something out. Plus Krafton need to be made to pay the max bonus to the devs they tried to screw.

On the 20th we'll be swapping over to SpaceCraft as that comes out on EA then as well, but is a better game to play while in EA.

On the 27th we'll be swapping again over to Starminer, it has some overlap with SpaceCraft so I'm interested as to where that overlap is.

Plan for next week, going to make up for lost time and stream 6 days next week, Monday - Saturday, normal time, 2PM GMT. Monday and Tuesday we'll see how far we can get in Slime Rancher 2, we'll do PowerWash Simulator 2 on Wednesday and I'll figure out the reset of the week then.

With regard to my dad, he's doing well at the minute, the primary issue was pneumonia (lung infection) which has mostly passed, there are other potential problems the doctor is looking, but that I won't go into.

OK for safeties sake I'm going to cancels all this weeks streams, long story short my dad is in hospital with a serious respiratory issue that could be terminal, waiting on the result of tests to find out how bad it really is, but he's not in a good way.
