Hey everyone, and welcome to all the newcomers! The channel officially hit 5,000 subscribers today! Thank you all so much for your support. I wanted to share some thoughts and give an update:
It's honestly been surreal how quickly we've been growing over the past few months. The Hollow Knight video in particular blew up so quickly that my notifications for it completely broke and I've had to scroll through the comments section manually to read them. I'm really happy with how that video turned out, so I'm glad you all seemed to like it too! Making these videos has been something I've wanted to do for years, so I'm super grateful for you all taking the time to watch.
To celebrate crossing the 5,000 subscriber milestone, I've opened up channel memberships if you'd like to support me directly. I'm not planning on doing anything crazy with it, but if you'd like some more of my extended thoughts on games I cover, want a pulse of what I'm currently working on/learn more about my creative process, or maybe even vote on what the next video topic is, then the option is there for you at a dollar a month. I made it as cheap as I could because it's really just a small thing, so no pressure!

1st: I released a short on Expedition 33's ending! I plan on making shorts to supplement the usual longform analyses/retrospectives. These will mostly be focused on cool things I want to say about already-covered games that weren't relevant to the full length video. Be sure to check those out because it's new stuff and not just repurposed clips! Shorts will come out whenever I think of an idea for one, and I'm sticking to the monthly rate for longform videos.
2nd: The next longform video will be out sometime in the next 2 weeks. I don't have an exact date yet because I'm not sure how much Silksong will consume me, haha. The video will be on a certain set of games celebrating their 30th anniversary next year, so stay tuned...
Hey everyone! Would you be interested in a Deltarune video sometime in the future? It’s a pretty different vibe from games I’ve covered so far, so I want to check if it’s something you’d actually want to watch.
I was actually working on this at the same time as the FF7 video, and its reception got me super motivated to work even harder. Thank you all for 1000 subscribers! I can't promise a 3 week turnaround time for future videos though haha. I'll be aiming for monthly releases from now on.
