My video talking about Chaewon got taken down and then age restricted, and I didn’t even mention anything in detail. Now I don’t know what to do with the script I have been writing for a video on ED and diet patterns across the industry 💀 (it is purely educational and for awareness. No tips, images, or anything descriptive will be used. But even then, YouTube takes such videos down)

I am lowkey getting irritated that people don’t take my content seriously because of the AI voice (and I wouldn’t care if that was the case for 90% of my vids, but some discussions are actually important yet people overlook whatever is said because of the AI voice), so I will try my hardest that the video after the video I will post today has my own voice. Hello everyone,

This isn’t my usual type of post, but it’s been sitting on my chest for a long time. I was originally going to make a video about this, but I didn’t feel comfortable monetizing a topic like this, and I’d rather deal with any backlash in a post than in a comment section.

I want to be clear about something regarding me and my channel. It will always be “Free Palestine. Free Congo. Free Sudan. Free any oppressed country. Free any oppressed group. Abolish systems that profit off of deportation. Do not blindly support everything your faves do” for me.

This will make a lot of people view me differently, but it has always been that way. I have my own values and beliefs, and based on that, I link resources under my videos when I can. I try to educate myself continuously, and I speak based on what I believe is right. And that is something I won’t water down to make anyone more comfortable.

As an individual, I have every right to express my stance as long as I’m not attacking or harassing anyone. Disagreement and having respectful discussions is fine. What’s not fine is acting like caring about human lives is somehow “extreme” or “woke” or “not that serious”.

I don’t expect celebrities to save the world and I don’t think silence automatically makes someone evil (even though every struggling soul begs for these people with millions of followers to put them on the spotlight) But I also don’t think it’s wrong to feel complicated emotions when artists whose brand has long been tied to empathy, youth, and speaking against injustice don’t align with what you personally believe in moments like this.

What’s happening in Gaza and other part of the world is not a fandom debate. People are dying. Families are being erased. Houses are destroyed. Children are killed for seeking humanitarian aid. Infants die because of starvation and sickness. And that reality matters to me more than kpop ever will. And yes, we can most definitely feel disappointed even though we don’t know these people because as I have said, they were not shy or scared of speaking up about other issues.
Being in the kpop fandom space does not require me to switch off my morals or detach from global issues.

The K-pop industry loves global audiences, money, and influence. But conversations suddenly become “too political” when they’re uncomfortable.

And to be very clear: I am not asking anyone else to feel what I feel. If you’re not disappointed, that’s your right. If you are, that’s valid too. We don’t all have to process things the same way.

All I’m saying is that for me, humanity will always come before celebrities.

If you see me speak about Palestine, Congo, or any oppressed group, please do not take it as me attacking idols. People’s lives matter more than what idols fans think is “too much”. The same way I spoke up in 2020 and 2021 on the BLM and ALM and other movements, I will continue to speak now. Not because I think it will change the world, but because staying silent would feel dishonest to who I am. Believing in something silently is not as powerful as speaking up.

You don’t have to agree with me. Just don’t reduce caring about human lives to “being dramatic” or “forcing politics.”
Please educate yourselves and have a stand on something, being “neutral” is for the weak.

My wording could be off, but I hope my point is clear.
