Have NOT being out Social Dancing for about 2 years now...
Fibromyalgia syndrome "took" the FUN out of Social dancing because of pain. However...! I ended up Dancing 2 hours straight & the next day was not too much pain. (Off course I took a 1 hour hot bath after the social to avoid inflammation)
I will keep trying to "look" pass any pain & keep trying at the least 1 social a month. (I used to go 3 times a week) 😂
Times change & we MUST adapt & never give up~!~
Keep Dancing my friends!
