You are consciousness. Not your name. Not your past. Not your mistakes. Not your job title. Not what someone called you. Not what the system labeled you. You are the awareness behind all of it — and that awareness has the ability to select which version of reality it occupies. Not tomorrow. Not after you “heal enough.” Now.
Zeland called them life tracks — parallel branches of reality, coexisting simultaneously, each one as real and as available as the next. You don’t create a new reality. You shift to one that already exists. The version of you living your dream life isn’t waiting to be born. That version is already there. The only thing between you and that life track is your state.

Most people wake up and immediately re-enter yesterday’s identity. Same thoughts. Same doubts. Same story on repeat. They consent to the old version of themselves before their feet even hit the floor — and then they wonder why nothing changes. That’s not life happening to you. That’s the simulation responding to the only instruction you gave it.
A state is not an emotion. A state is what you have accepted as true about yourself and your world. When Neville talked about states, he was talking about the total assumption you carry — who you are, what you deserve, what’s possible. And when you change that assumption at the core, reality has no choice but to reorganize around it. That’s not belief. That’s law.
