Stop applying with the same CV everywhere.
This is the silent mistake keeping many smart people unemployed.
Recruiters don’t reject you because you’re not qualified, they reject you because your CV doesn’t show it clearly for that specific role.
Here’s what to do instead 👇
✅ Match your CV to the job description
If a role asks for “financial analysis,” don’t just say “prepared reports”, say “performed financial analysis and built reports to support decision-making.”
✅ Use their language
Most companies use ATS (screening systems). If your CV doesn’t reflect the keywords in the job post, it may never be seen.
✅ Prioritize relevance over volume
10 tailored applications is greater than 50 random ones
