Located just north of Bruce Mines in Northern Ontario, Meadowview Alpaca Farm is home to nearly 70 alpacas and is one of the region’s largest alpaca operations. Since taking over in 2021, we’ve continued a tradition that began in 2003—producing high-quality alpaca fibre and transforming it into handcrafted products.
Each year, our raw fibre is graded, classed, and milled before becoming cozy socks, hats, mitts, shawls, scarves, duvets, pillows, and more. Our products are crafted by us and local artisans, including members of the Mennonite community, using traditional techniques like knitting, weaving, and felting. We proudly support local knitters and fibre artists by providing quality fibre and opportunities to showcase their work—many items are truly one-of-a-kind!
We’re passionate about sustainable farming, fibre arts, and community. Follow us for behind-the-scenes farm life, fibre processing, artisan stories, and of course—adorable alpacas!
