Hi friends!! I am back! I changed my name from Sugar Boogerz Whispers, to Laurel Whispers to Fairy Whispers ASMR haha. I started this channel 5 years ago randomly, and was shocked by the love it received. Shortly after, covid hit and I lost touch with this ride of my creativity. I began to compare myself to other ASMR girls, and I felt like I wasn’t good enough.
The first videos I recorded for this channel were at my ex boyfriends house and my parents house. I lived with them for some time. When I moved in with my current bf, I wasn’t able to find the natural light y’all love for these videos. So I’d post, but then I’d get comments like “we miss the old videos” hahah and that made me sad, like I wasn’t doing it right.
Fast forward to now, I have this new studio space that provides amazing natural light. It’s also spacious enough for me to follow my creative passions.. such as makeup. I just posted for the first time in a while, and the video seems to be well received.
I kept getting comments that I look like a fairy, and my makeup is fairy ish, so I changed my handle to have “fairy” in it. I’m excited because I love fairies so much, even as an adult. I figured I’d by these fairy wings and lean into it.
