Britta Phillips is the bass guitarist in the band, LUNA, half of the musical duo, DEAN & BRITTA, and an actor/voice actor. She began her musical career as the singing voice of cartoon rock star, JEM. This year, Britta re-recorded 6 original Jem songs for the 40th anniversarry of "Jem & the Holograms".

Britta released a solo album, Luck or Magic in 2016.
Dean & Britta have released four full-length albums. They also compose music for film, including the Squid & the Whale (2005) and Mistress America (2015) for Noah Baumbach, the Irma Vep series by Olivier Assayas, and 13 Most Beautiful: Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests. Their latest release, A Peace of Us, is a collection of holiday songs, and is collaboration with Sonic Boom (Spacemen 3).
Britta recently collaborated on Dean Wareham's new solo album "That's The Price of Loving Me" and will join him on bass guitar and backing vocals on tour in 2025. See tour dates at deanwareham.com
