I'm an occasional musician, DJ, and photographer who likes to create cool things with modest tools. I have a solo musical project called Plague Society that's focused on somber and apocalyptic music for people who like to dance. On this channel I create short demo tracks featuring my growing collection of hardware synthesizers.

Happy new year, friends! The synth community on Youtube was definitely one of my highlights for 2024 and I'm hoping to keep that going in 2025. I'm going to start with my first Digitakt jam, which I'll publish on Monday. My goal is to publish 26 new videos this year, at a more-or-less even cadence of one every two weeks. Hoping my cat Caspian will help keep me on track!

Having fun with this tiny synth today, prepping a video for this week. I'm impressed with the sounds I've been able to get from it. Very usable. I heard it was janky with the original firmware, but the latest version seems to work well and sound good.
