So many good music released in May.

After exclusively listening only to K-pop girl groups for almost 3 years, I learned that K-pop is more than just pop. The range of genre it consists of is pretty broad; from classic disco, 90s & Y2K pop revivals, easy listening, alt or prog-rock, RnB, Latin or Indian-influenced, EDM, etc.
This month alone, the types of music of the newly released songs are pretty diverse. There's something for everyone. Here are some of my favourites from this month.

I'm getting a bit worried for Lapillus. I know it's normal for a group to make a comeback only once or twice per year. And they seemed to still be making visits and performing overseas, gaining experience, honing their skills, and increasing their fanbase.
So I made this list just to give more clicks to groups that I enjoyed and hope to be flourishing in the industry for a very long time (at least until they turn a profit for the company and each of the members.)

If you can tattoo a song on your body, which song would it be?
NWJNS' Ditto sounds really good right now.

#STAYwithSTAYC
The competition is hard when it comes to girl groups in the K-pop industry. There are plenty of new groups with fresh concept, great voices, and amazing visuals debuted every couple of months. Groups that I fell in love with, followed, and tried to support this year are FIFTY FIFTY, NewJeans, and Lapillus.
In my opinion, so far STAYC, the label, producers & the staff did what they could to maintain the quality of the materials that they released (a no skip discography), and to maintain their popularity with media appearances, brand deals, overseas performances, fan meetings, etc. Their challenge is to capture (and to recapture) the market's attention and to keep on going.
STAYC, fighting! SWITH, fighting!
