So many of you have reached out and/or commented your concerns due to my sudden absence this year… so, I just wanted to let you know that I’m alive & well!

To be honest, I didn’t initially plan to be away so long… but I was just so burnt out & depressed at the end of 2022 that month transitioned into month until it hit me that I just needed to take the pressure off of myself & force myself to step away indefinitely until I felt ready to come back emotionally, mentally & creatively.

2023 has been dedicated to refocusing my mind & heart, giving myself the grace & space to continue the healing process after coming forward about Brent (which brought a lot of pain that I had buried over the years back to the surface), resetting perspective in so many different ways, & working hard to build stability/security in my personal life. Though the process has been equal parts painful & beautiful, I feel that I’ve successfully accomplished or am in the process of accomplishing all of the above.🙏🏻

Still… I really, really, REALLY miss you all. Thank you for being so gracious to me this year even though I’ve been MIA. Your loving & kind words have brought tears to my eyes so many times. I don’t know what I ever did to deserve you. You’ve always been & continue to be lights in my life & I couldn’t be more grateful.

I’m sending every single one of you SO MUCH love right now.

I promise I’ll be back soon. The best is yet to come.

Hey y’all! Just wanted to update you. We’re safe here in FL & the worst of the storm has passed. Thankfully our house didn’t take any major damage, just some pieces of our fence breaking. Please keep the rest of the state in your prayers & thoughts though, as other areas of FL suffered & continue to suffer major damage from the hurricane. 😞

I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to do a proper Wednesday night stream, but so thankful to everyone who was able to hang with me for a little bit before the storm rolled in. I’ll be back next week though & everything will be back to normal!🙌🏻
