Instead, it prevents or, at best, delays getting what you want, or even figuring out how.
When you hang on to anger, you tend to clam up.
When you hang on to sadness, you shut down.
When you hold on to fear, you avoid taking action.
When you hold on to shame, you avoid being seen.
Breath and stop playing it back. Let-it-go.
