This channel started out as a tool to keep me accountable for my decision to give up alcohol for good. I’m now nearly 13 months sober and realise there’s not too much to say except maybe marking the milestones with the benefits I’m gaining.

One thing I’ve struggled with my entire adult life is my weight. Whilst I’m not obese I’m overweight and have been up and down from overweight to obese all my adult life. I’ve tried so many diets etc but find it difficult to be consistent and so after much research and deliberation I’ve ordered the weight loss medication Mounjaro and will be documenting my experience on this channel. I will include a short sober life update at the beginning of each video but the main focus will be weight loss, any symptoms and side effects and how my life is affected by Mounjaro.
