To Music or Not To Music... (continued)
Last week, I published Seated Dumbbell Workout without music, and tomorrow I'll post one more without music (it's an awesome Advanced Dumbbell routine!)
To me it feels a bit flat without any sound during the exercises and I turned down my mic so you don't just hear my breathing ๐, but I wanna know what you think!
