Remember that you can use weights, soup cans, or bodyweight only - it'll still be effective.

- Sept 4th public video: Backpack & Bag Wear tips for scoliosis, since it's Back-to-school season
- Sept 15th: Monthly Q&A for Level 4 members - a chance to get immediate answers to your questions re: spine health!
- Sept 14-20: Another WORKOUT CHALLENGE is happening! This is a condensed one because Sept is busy for most of us. Level 2+ members still get multiple track options!
