In case you missed it, I'm currently releasing an in-depth series all about the fundamentals of Blender Rigging. It's all free on YouTube.
The course is called "Rigging isn't Scary". It consists of 3 levels, designed to take you from “What’s a bone?” ... to building your own custom, animation-ready rig.

🦴 *Level 1*: Learn the rigging basics in just 5 short lessons... including a solid weight painting workflow :)
⚙️ *Level 2*: Dive deeper into Rigging Fundamentals and learn simple but practical rigging mechanisms like wrist twist, foot rigs, and more! You'll learn even more about weight paint and build a simple face rig at the end!
🏃♂️ *Level 3*: in this level we'll build a Rigify-like rig from scratch, featuring more advanced rig mechanisms. You'll also learn about drivers, properties, mechanical rigging, etc.! Level 3 is rolling out now and should be fully available in a week or so.

The Mixamo addon for Blender 4.4 now has a new repository.
The addon still mostly worked but applying animations was broken because of the new Slotted Actions in 4.4. Thanks @tinkerboi for the fix!
So for Blender 4.4 use this:
