I was lucky enough to meet Nic from ‪@AvonAnglingUK‬ (one of my favourite channels) the other week. What a top angler and gentleman he is! Generous to the core. he invited me to one of his favourite stretches of the Wye - a river I only fished for the first time earlier this summer - and showed me how to fish a couple of stunning swims. Despite having written a book about fishing, I never dreamed I would get to appear in print alongside some of my angling heroes! My first magazine article is included in the latest issue (no. 37) of ‪@FallonsAngler‬, which is probably my favourite fishing read.
It’s always filled with stunning photography and top quality storytelling from the likes of Chris Yates, so each collectible copy reads more like a short book than a magazine. It’s a quarterly publication that always gets me excited to be back on the bank!
