Dear listener,

What’s the point of living without being alive? What’s the point of sleeping without dreaming? What’s the point of breathing without freeing the emotions that make your heart beat?

We’re Dear Mom, a duo of brothers who left the city and our dreamless lives to give our music a chance to truly exist. We didn’t leave without a word; instead, we started writing postcards to our mom, each one a piece of the journey we’re on. Naming our project Dear Mom was inevitable, it’s a tribute to the one who’s always listening.

Inspired by the indie echoes of Tame Impala, Metronomy, and Billie Eilish, our electropop sound is filled with memories of where we’ve been and dreams of where we’re headed. Our first single, “Awake” drops January 17, 2025, with five more to follow as we set our sights on a California Motel Tour.

Every note, every beat, is our way of bridging the distance, so we’re glad you’re here for the ride.
