Today is a sad day not only for our fandom, but the world.

Rev. W Awdry may have created Thomas, but Britt created the magic of Thomas. It was her vision and love for our favorite blue Engine that made the series what it is today.

To say Thomas & Friends is a huge part of my life is a major understatement, it has helped me thru my life in the worst of times and been there in the happiest times, if it weren't for Britt Allcroft my life would be a very sad one.

Thank you Britt for making Thomas, for bringing him and his friends to us around the world, you may be gone from us here, but your work will live on forever.
We love you Britt.

This isn't goodbye, it's just until we meet again down the line.

Our prayers are with your family, may God bless them with peace during this sad time.
