Stop offering everything to everyone. Pick one industry or one skill set and go deep. Clarity attracts clients.
→ Build a simple portfolio
No clients yet? Create sample work. Set up a mock CRM. Build a practice automation. Show what you can do before someone pays you to do it.
→ Optimise your LinkedIn
Your headline should speak to your ideal client. Your about section should tell them exactly how you can help. Show up where they are.
→ Start applying
Upwork. LinkedIn. Referrals. Cold outreach. Pick one channel and be consistent. One offer a day beats ten offers once a month.
→ Invest in learning
The VAs landing premium clients aren't the most experienced. They're the most skilled. Keep learning. Keep building.
