Hey everyone! Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten you guys. I’m just in the middle of my move and was out of town for a PhD defense last week. Thanks for your patience and I can’t wait to get back online in my new digs!
Hey fambam! First of all, a big welcome to my new subscribers! We’re getting there! And every single one of you is noticed and appreciated. Big love to you!
As some of you know, I’m in the middle of moving. I’ll try to get something tomorrow if I have time, and my studio is the first thing I’m setting up, since I have two weeks from tomorrow to empty the old place.
However, I have to take a wee trip. I’m acting as cheering squad for a very special person during their thesis defense. So I’ll be away from Friday until Tuesday. The bad news is that I work off of an iMac desktop computer. But the good news is that I also have my phone and a Microsoft Surface that I am downloading software onto as I type this. So if nothing else, I should be able to share some trip highlights (don’t worry, I won’t subject you guys to the finer points of my person’s atmospheric chemistry thesis)
The other good news is that soon I’ll be set up in my new digs. And then I can begin… idk season 2? Whatever you want to call this new adventure.
I FINALLY got the video to export. I'm nothing if not stubborn! The quality is NOT very good, because I had to do a lot of file manipulation, but I've solved that issue too, for next time! We're back!
Hey fam, I have some bad news. My video is completed, but my bunk-ass computer simply refuses to export it. I've tried multiple times since last night, and she's just not budging. I'll keep trying, but it may just not happen. In the meantime, I've downloaded a new video editor that I hope won't be as useless as iMac has proven itself to be. Thanks for your patience, Thotfuls.
Update: I've reset iMovie, I'm now reinstalling it. It appears the entire app is corrupted somehow, which is good news! Means my machine should still be able to handle it. But if this doesn't work, I'll have to teach myself a new suite, so just hang tight and be patient! More content IS coming. Lots more. Just might have a slight delay. Love to you all and stay thotful!

Hey Thotfuls! We're nearing 200 subs! I appreciate each and every one of you. I realize that we're still tiny in the YouTuberverse, but I am so grateful and humbled to have just made it this far.
So I decided that at 500 subs, we should do something fun. I'm not really sure what that should be yet, but I'm open to suggestions. I'm making content for YOU GUYS, so your opinions matter a lot.
I enjoy gaming in my free time. Think games like Untitled Goose Game, Unpacking, Night in the Woods, A Short Hike, Stardew Valley, you know, chill girly games, maybe with a bit of COD thrown in for the thrill of it all. And typically free time is late, late at night. I've been thinking about creating a second channel devoted to gaming, since I have a LOT of things to say during play time. Thoughts?
Hey everyone! I'm a bit delayed on the new video. My ancient-ass computer just does NOT want to cooperate this week. I promise it's coming! And again, once I hit my goal of #roadto1k, my first order of business is to get a brand new computer. In the meantime, while I fight against the limitations of my aging bestie, check out my shorts and other videos shot on my phone. I'll capture anything fun!
Also, boring news, I'm moving! To the place across the hall, which doesn't sound like much, but it gets much better light, has a much nicer view, and bonus! I can use this opportunity to spring clean.

We are at 150 subscribers as of today! I can't believe how fast I'm gaining subscribers, and I'm so grateful to all of you who have enjoyed my content enough to want to stick around!

I'll be starting filming on my next video this evening! I had a guest from out of town this past week, so my time has been largely taken up with showing them the sights and catching up. My guest flew out this morning, I spent the day cleaning up after a week of hosting and cooking up a storm, and I'm ready to get back to the studio!
