Ok I just recovered from a sickness and I WAS going to finish the Spamelle video but then TOBY FOX COMES IN WITH THE STEEL CHAIR and drops a Chapter 3 secret boss and/or Gaster teaser in the newsletter.

I feel obligated to share Toby fox’s response to the Undertale yellow controversy.
For those who don’t know: the owner of Undertales music rights Sebastian Wolff asserted his ownership by ramping up copyright takedowns and preventing the Undertale yellow fangame from uploading their ost because it wasn’t officially licensed, making a big stink on Twitter over the last few weeks. He said he would donate 10K if people proved that UTY had permission… and when Undertale yellow proved that they talked with Toby he didn’t donate the money
after a long few weeks of Twitter drama: here is Toby’s official statement. TLDR he’s donating $20K to charity. with 10K in Sebastian’s name (although Sebastian still being stubborn and not donating the money himself so Toby’s doing it for him)
I thought it was important to share this on YouTube, since a large proportion of the Undertale community is here on YouTube and they need to know what’s going on and see both Toby’s greatness/generosity, and Sebastian’s stupidity.
