If you watched the drama " the legends" then you should recognize the leads.
I really love this drama. For me , this is the most realistic gender bender drama i've watched.
Name of drama : Arsenal military academy.
Available on dramacool but no subs yet.

Synopsis : Xie Xiang joins the army in her brother's stead by pretending to be a man. She becomes classmates with the wealthy Gu Yan Zhen and the calm Shen Jun Shan. Synopsis : Cha Yo-Han (Ji Sung) is a doctor of anesthesiology. He is arrogant, but he is a genius at his work. Kang Shi-Young (Lee Se-Young) is a resident of anesthesiology who works with Cha Yo-Han. She is smart, warm and listens carefully to her patients. People, with mysterious acute or chronic pain come to the hospital. There, Cha Yo-Han and Kang Shi-Young try to find the causes of their pain.
I really love this drama. I haven't like a medical drama since The good doctor.
Also they talk about serious issues like euthanasia. I think this is the first drama to dare that.
All the actors play so well and the chemistry between the leads is insane.
