Something I started doing alongside this channel: a weekly newsletter.
Link here : thelanguagemind.com/newsletter
Every week I sit down and write about something I have been thinking about: a story from my own language learning journey, an insight from my research, a mindset shift that changed how I approach learning.
It's the kind of content that doesn't always fit into a video, more personal, more reflective, more detailed.
If you are learning a language and you want something to read that actually makes you think differently about it, this is for you.
It's free.

The 3 Fs โ€” Focus, Feedback, and Fix is one of the core principles of The Language Mind System. It draws from Anders Ericsson's landmark research on expert performance: the finding that mastery is not a product of time spent, but of how precisely that time is directed. For decades, Ericsson studied what separated world-class performers from those who plateaued, and the answer was never talent or volume. It was the quality of their practice. Language learning is no different. Most learners accumulate hours: podcasts on the commute, grammar videos before bed, vocabulary lists revisited without intention. It feels like progress. Ericsson's research suggests otherwise. What drives acquisition is not exposure but targeted friction: isolating the exact point where your language breaks down, whether a tense that keeps collapsing, a word that never arrives in time, or a structure you understand but cannot produce, and building deliberate work around it. The 3 Fs are the operational framework for doing exactly that.

Last chance โ€” founding member price closes tomorrow night!
Here is the program: thelanguagemind.com/
And tomorrow we hold our very first live event in the community. I cannot wait to meet my students! ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ‰

This launch is just the start. The current program format allows me to work closely with every single learner.
But this will not be the only format of The Language Mind in the future. More to come!

I will also keep creating content and continue to bring value to all language learners!

Some of you have been on this channel for years.
You watched me move between countries. You watched the PhD years, the moves I never explained on camera, the languages I dropped and came back to. You watched me build this brand from a small channel to something I never expected.
I built The Language Mind to solve my own problem: how to keep learning languages inside a demanding life. But somewhere in the years of building it, it became something I had never expected.
It is not a method. It is not a collection of techniques. It is about how the brain actually acquires language, so that every session compounds into something real. And about building the right relationship with learning, so it never becomes a burden, but a source of energy, curiosity and growth.
This program is built from love.
Love of research, languages, and teaching. Of cultures, because each language built another layer of who I am. And love for people who are curious and willing to learn and grow.
I am so proud and excited to tell you: The Language Mind opens today.
Founding members get the lowest price this program will ever be.
If you have ever thought, 'when is she going to make something I can actually use' , the answer is now.
Whatever you decide, thank you for witnessing the whole journey.

Tomorrow, The Language Mind opens.
If you have been following the channel, you already know roughly what this is.
A program built around real adult life, not ideal conditions.
A system you can actually run inside a busy week.
What I have not said yet is this. The free masterclass that comes with founding member access is the actual foundation of the program. The full framework, walked through properly. If nothing else this week, I want you to be there for that.

New video is up!
This one is for everyone who's ever had a good week, felt like they were finally making progress and then watched it quietly fall apart.
The problem was never your schedule. I get into what's actually going on, and the one shift that makes the time you already have count.

Something I've been building for a long time opens on May 11.
It's called The Language Mind โ€” a learning program for adults who want to build a language practice that actually fits their life. A system designed around real adult life, not ideal conditions.
If you've been following the channel, you're the first to know and the first to get access.
Founding members get the lowest price this program will ever be offered, direct access to me through a private channel, and before any of that : a FREE MASTERCLASS where I walk through the entire framework.

That's where everything starts. Link here : thelanguagemind.com/
