Very sad to announce the news that Mr. Edward Arrigoni, former owner of New York Bus Service, has passed away. Without him, we wouldn't have the most well-maintained and cleanest buses in NYC, rest in peace, good sir, you will be missed! 😞😔😭🙏🏾❤️🕊️🚍

With the second and final Phase of the Queens Bus Network Redesign, unfortunately we had to say goodbye to the following bus routes


Q21, SIM4X and SIM8X, no more Q101 bus to Manhattan, no more Q102 bus to Astoria, B62 buses cut from Queens Plaza with further extensions to Astoria, Q10 bus becomes RUSH, the new Q80 route is in effect, no more Q6 Limited, Q9 and Q40 routes also become RUSH, Q7 streamlined on Rockaway Boulevard towards Cypress Hills (75th Street-Elderts Lane J/Z train station), No more Q22 bus to Roxbury, westbound buses terminate at Beach 116th Street with a further eastbound station to the Far Rockaway Long Island railroad station with two part Tmtime rush hour trips to Bayswater, all Q35 buses become RUSH, with all bus stops being moved from Newport Avenue to Rockaway Beach Boulevard, QM15, QM16, QM17 and QM18 routes changes will go into effect September 2nd
